This Refund Policy applies to paid Convert for You subscriptions provided by 유진saas (Youjin SaaS) at https://convert-4-u.com.
1. Seven-day voluntary refund
We offer a voluntary full refund within seven calendar days of the initial payment for the first paid subscription on an account.
- The policy applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
- It is limited to one voluntary refund per account.
- No usage threshold is applied to this voluntary policy.
- The refund is returned through the original payment method or the configured payment provider.
- Provider processing times may affect when the refund appears in the customer's account.
This commercial policy does not limit any mandatory consumer, cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights that apply under the customer's local law.
2. Cancellation and renewal
Customers can cancel a subscription from the billing area or the configured payment provider portal. Cancellation at the end of the current billing period stops the next automatic renewal while paid Pro access remains available until the current period ends.
Renewal payments are not refundable under this voluntary policy except for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Ending access immediately is separate from cancelling at period end and does not automatically create a refund.
3. How to request a refund
Send a request to [email protected] within seven calendar days of the initial payment. Include the account email and checkout or invoice identifier if available. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, uploaded documents, or API keys.
We may verify the account and payment before sending the request to the configured payment provider. The provider may apply its own operational requirements for processing the refund.
4. Immediate access and statutory rights
At checkout, customers can separately request immediate access to the paid service. Any withdrawal or cooling-off right that cannot be waived remains available under applicable law. Where the law permits a limitation after service begins or is fully performed, the checkout consent and contract confirmation will reflect that requirement.
