1. Service and eligibility
Convert for You provides online document tools operated by 유진saas (Youjin SaaS) for users worldwide. The service remains subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply in the user's jurisdiction and the operator's registered jurisdiction.
2. Your documents
You must have the rights and authorization required to upload, convert, summarize, protect, unlock, sign, or redact a document. You retain your rights in your uploaded files and are responsible for reviewing every output before use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Convert for You to violate law, infringe rights, bypass access controls without authorization, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. Password removal is limited to documents you are authorized to modify.
4. Accounts, plans, and limits
Guest, member, and subscriber accounts have different limits. Pricing, provider availability, and limits may change with notice. The initial checkout offers USD $5 monthly billing and USD $35 yearly billing. The yearly plan is billed once per year. The checkout and invoice show the applicable total, taxes, and payment terms provided by the configured payment provider; those documents and applicable law control if they differ from this summary.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancelling at period end leaves paid benefits available until the current period ends. Cancellation itself does not promise a refund. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, applicable law, and the configured payment provider's process. The payment provider may issue a refund or cancel a subscription to prevent or resolve a dispute.
Convert for You offers a voluntary full refund within seven calendar days of the initial payment for the first paid subscription on an account. The policy applies to both monthly and yearly plans and is limited to one voluntary refund per account. Renewal payments are not refundable except for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived. See the Refund Policy for the request process. This commercial policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Before checkout, the customer must separately agree to the current Terms of Service, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, agree to the Refund Policy, and expressly request immediate access to the paid service. Any legally required withdrawal or cooling-off rights remain governed by applicable law.
The accepted Terms, Privacy, and Refund Policy versions, along with the checkout consent timestamp, are attached to the checkout request for the configured payment provider.
5. External services and AI
Some features use cloud storage, webpage rendering, or AI providers. PDF translation is currently disabled because of provider costs. Review the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and provider terms before sending sensitive information.
6. Contact and governing law
Questions, cancellation support, and refund requests should be sent to [email protected]. Do not include payment-card numbers or passwords in a request. Mandatory consumer protections remain available.
